Room Hire

We have a range of meeting, seminar and community group spaces for hire at the Claremont Centre from as little as £15.00 per hour. Whether you need a quiet place to run job interviews, you’ve got a big presentation to a new client, or you want to run a community group, there’s a space to hire at the Claremont Centre that may fit the bill. We have rooms of various sizes available to hire Monday to Friday from 9.00am to 3.15pm.

Parking and location
The Claremont Centre has on site car parking and, being close to the centre of Sale, is also easily accessible by public transport, with Sale Metrolink station and main bus routes all within a 5 minute walk.

Equipment
What do you need in your meeting room? Audio-visual equipment, a seat for everyone and WiFi should all be at the top of your checklist when booking a meeting room.

Many of our meeting rooms come equipped with essentials such as whiteboards, projectors and free WiFi for our guests. There is nothing worse than turning up to an important meeting, only to realise that you have no way to show off that fantastic PowerPoint presentation you spent all night preparing!

On-site Catering and other extras
Do you need a little extra something first thing in the morning to give you that get up and go? We are able to provide on-site catering including bean to cup coffee, tea, biscuits and even  breakfast pastries on request, all at very competitive prices.

Breakfast may very well be the most important meal of the day, but lunch isn’t too far behind and, yes, again this is something that we can offer. You can start your day off with a breakfast pastry and a cup of coffee, enjoy a mid morning refreshment break and then help yourself to lunchtime sandwiches and cakes from a local provider to power you through your meeting.

Our friendly team will do whatever they can to accommodate any other requirements you might have for your event from providing a flipchart, organising seating arrangements, special access, no task is too small.
